Library tips you may not know about

Whether you are a returning senior or a brand new transfer student, you probably aren't aware of all the great services and resources the library has to offer. For instance, did you know that the library can print and mount large scale posters for you? Or that we can borrow a book you need that is only available at a library in Arkansas? Read on for more information about these services and other useful library tips:

Interlibrary Loan

If Dibner Library does not have the book or article you need, request it using the Interlibrary Loan Form. We'll use our extensive network to track down a copy for you. Find out more: Interlibrary Loan Frequently Asked Questions.

E-books

Maybe you've already used our collection of databases to search for journal articles, but did you know that you can also find e-books in databases? In fact, the library will be focusing on growing its e-book collection in the future. Find out more: E-books.

Citation Tools

When you have a research paper to write, using a citation management tool can be a life-saver. They make it easy to collect, sort, and annotate all your references. Learn which tool is right for you and how to get it for free here: Citation Management Tools.

Poster Printing

Do you have a presentation to do? Or does your student group need to advertise an upcoming event? We can help! You can have any large format poster file printed at the library as long as it's school-related. Find out more: Poster Printing.

Library Logins (yes, there are more than one!)

You can use the library from the comfort of your own home. Depending on what you want to do will determine how you login. For instance, logging in to renew a book is a different process than logging in to search databases. We are working to streamline the login procedure, but for now, watch the video below to make sure you know how to login in properly.
