A new look for the library home page
The library building isn't the only thing getting improved around here—our home page recently got spruced up too. You probably noticed the bright new background images, but don't overlook the new section of links providing easy access to some of our most frequently used services, including study room reservations and interlibrary loan.
You may also notice that the login box is no longer located on the home page. We removed it because too many people thought they were logging in to search databases, when in fact it logged you into your library account (where you can renew books you have checked out). A link to log into your library account is still available from every page on the library website in the upper right hand corner (see below).
We are working towards a single login process, but until then you must log into databases and your library account separately. For more detailed information about logging in, read How to Log In (also available in the new short-cut menu).
What do you think about the new look? Would you like to see any other changes made to the site? We encourage you to let us know what you think so we can continue to make the site easier to use.
