Use the library this summer, from wherever you are
Whether you will be traveling abroad or staying in Brooklyn this summer, you can access the library's vast array of electronic resources from home, office, or beach bungalow. Want to read some e-books? Stay current with local or international newspapers? Or keep up to date with research articles in your field? Do it all by logging into the library's databases.
Remember to first select the database you wish to use from the library's website, then enter your login information on the following page. For more help, view How to Log in.
If you encounter any problems logging into our databases, you can connect to the School of Engineering's Virtual Private Network (VPN) as an alternative. By doing so, your computer will behave as if it were located on campus. First, go to my.poly.edu and log in. Then select the PeopleSoft link either for Faculty/Staff or Students located in the left hand column. On the next screen, use the same login credentials you use for MYPoly. Once you log in, click the gray tab labeled "Network." For help connecting to the School of Engineering's VPN, contact the IS Help Desk at (718) 260-3123 or email@example.com.
